Bangkok Cycle Industrial Company, Limited Bangkok Cycle Industrial Company, Limited, was established in 1989 with a registered capital of 60 million baht. The company manufactures bicycles for export to foreign markets, such as countries in Europe, the United States and Canada, where there is a need for bicycle imports to be branded as their own.             The company manufactures many kinds of bicycles, such as children's, the CITY, Mountain Tiger, electric and electric scooters, to name a few. Every single bicycle passes a manufacturing process that utilizes modern machinery and production technologies from Taiwan and Japan. It includes the full range of manufacturing available - welding, cutting, wheels, spray-painting - that is needed to complete a finished product.             A modern manufacturing process, combined with a staff of over 350 employees, enables the company to boast a production capacity of 600,000 bicycles per year. What's more, every single bicycle has to pass an evaluation for quality, every working piece of the bicycle has to pass an evaluation for efficiency of use, and finally the finished product is put to a test drive, in accordance with the CPSC Standard from the United States and Canada, the BS Standard from the United Kingdom and the CE Standard from the European Union.             Passing the evaluation process as well as testing for various standards provides not only for world-class quality, acknowledged by foreign clients such as Walmart, Toys R Us, Zeller, CTC, etc., but it also allows for the qualitative growth of the company's exporting activities.
